Our approach to sustainable, ethically produced chocolate

Chocolate can be one of life's greatest pleasures, and we take a careful approach to ensuring that your chocolate experience with us is both memorable and sustainable!

For us, sustainably sourced and ethically produced chocolate is a non-negotiable and the very first thing we consider whenever we source any chocolate or inclusions.

To do this, we source our premium couverture only from the highest quality French and Ecuadorean suppliers, which each carry various sustainability certifications including B Corporation, Rainforest Alliance and Fairtrade.

The chocolate we use tends to be fruity in flavour profile and our range emphasises these fruity notes with our fruit, native ingredient and nut pairings.

Did you know, that we expend our approach to sustainability to our packaging too? We are proud to offer packaging that is Australian made, recyclable or compostable, featuring our own bespoke floral designs as well as artworks by Australian artist Suki McMaster.
