Can I have my chocolate gift delivered?
Yes! We offer Australia-wide, express delivery for all of our chocolates and gift hampers. Please see our delivery information for full details or contact us if you need specific help.
Can I customise my gift hamper?
Absolutely! We've tried to create a thoughtful selection of gift hampers for all occasions. If you haven't found exactly what you're after, please call or email us at email@example.com and we'll happily work with you to prepare a perfectly customised gift.
For bulk orders, we also offer customised branding and customised corporate chocolate and hampers. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your ideas.
Will you include a card with my gift?
Yes, we love including your thoughtful messages! A complimentary gift card is available with all orders. Please include your message in the order notes or contact us with your message and we'll include it.
What is the delivery fee?
We offer free delivery for orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $15.00 applies for delivery.
Do you deliver your chocolate and gift hampers to hospitals?
We deliver to hospitals! Please be sure to provide the patient or employee's correct building and ward. For patient deliveries, please ensure that the patient will be in the ward on the day of delivery. If in doubt, please call or email us at email@example.com to confirm details prior to placing your order.
Do you deliver your chocolate and gift hampers to workplaces?
Yes! What could be better than receiving a thoughtful gift while at work. It's a great way to brighten a day!
To avoid delivery delays or redelivery fees, please ensure that you provide correct delivery information and always include a contact number.
Please note, university and Department of Defence deliveries will require correct building numbers, street addresses and faculty names.
Can I collect my order?
Absolutely. You are most welcome to collect your order during our shop opening ours or by appointment. Please note, gifts containing alcohol must be delivered to the gift recipient and cannot be collected from our shop.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes, our gift vouchers can be purchased for any dollar amount and are valid for three years. The perfect gift for someone who wishes to make their own selection!

Do you provide corporate gift hampers?
We love to provide unique, thoughtful corporate gifts. Whether you need thank you gifts, speaker gifts, settlement gifts, celebratory, Christmas or year-end gifts, we'd love to help. Customised branding options are available for corporate gifts.
Do you provide bulk chocolate gifts or hampers?
Yes, we can provide large volumes of chocolate gifts or hampers for all occasions. Please contact us to discuss your ideas.
Do you use sustainable and fairtrade chocolate?
Yes, this is a non-negotiable for us! We are proud to only offer sustainably sourced and ethically produced chocolate from leading French and Ecuadorean couverture.
Do you use local ingredients?
Yes! We are proud to live and work in the beautiful Yass Valley and many of our product inclusions are sourced from local wineries, distilleries and growers. We also source Australian made fruit, nuts, licorice and other ingredients.

Visiting our chocolate studio and cafe
Can I visit your chocolate studio?
Yes, we'd love to welcome you!
Our rural chocolate studio and cafe is open Thursday to Saturday from 11.00am to 4.00pm.

Do you offer chocolate classes or chocolate factory tours?
Unfortunately not! This is one of our most frequently asked questions, too!
We're not a factory, we're a small studio, focusing on excellence in our handcrafted artisanal chocolate production. We don't have the space to offer tours or classes, but you are most welcome to watch us at work through our viewing window.
Do you offer any chocolate experiences?
Yes, our signature chocolate tasting experience is available at our studio and can be ordered upon arrival. Our tasting provides a generous serving of single origin varieties and indigenous ingredient pairings.
Do I have to make a booking to visit your chocolate studio?
Individual, family and small group walk-ins are always welcome during our opening hours!
Buses and large groups (10 +) are required to book ahead. Please call on 0417 065 209 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make a booking!
Can I bring my dog to your chocolate shop?
Dogs on leads are welcome on our grassed lawn area and we really enjoy seeing dogs and their human friends enjoying our grounds together. Please note, we do not allow dogs at tables or in and around any of our dining areas, including on the outdoor deck. We don't have an undercover area for dogs, so we suggest making alternate plans for your furry friends in bad weather and in very hot weather!
Do you have any vegan chocolates?
Yes! We have a range of dark chocolate varieties including chocolate bars, chocolate coated almonds and our signature espresso martini truffles, which are all vegan friendly.
Please note that all of our chocolates come with a trace allergen warning for all common allergens, including dairy.
Do you have any gluten-free, nut-free or dairy-free chocolates?
Most of our chocolates are made without any gluten-containing ingredients. We also offer a range of chocolates that are made without dairy. Please note, we make all of our products in the same studio and include a trace allergen warning for gluten, dairy, nuts and soy on all of our products.
Do you provide wedding favour chocolates?
Yes, we'd love to help you honour your guests with a thoughtful chocolate gift. Please contact us to discuss your ideas.
