How to store your chocolate:
Chocolate should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Ideally, chocolate should not be stored in the fridge (if you do need to keep your chocolate in the fridge due to very hot weather, it is best to keep the chocolate in its packaging and place in an airtight container).
Chocolate that is stored in hot conditions or humid conditions (even the fridge!) is likely to discolour, and texture and taste will be compromised.
